Every student’s recovery from concussion is different. These 5 stages are meant to help the staff give the student a general guideline for returning to school. Depending on the student’s injury the student can start at any given point in the progression and may skip a stage or two. This guideline is meant to give the student the proper support for symptom relief while progressing into their normal school schedule.

WIAA Concussion Insurance Information 
The HeadStrong Concussion Insurance Program was specifically developed to insure student-athletes from the high cost of concussion treatment and neurological follow up. The insurance only covers athletes in WIAA recognized sports.
