📱 Screen Time at Random Lake Elementary
The impact of screen time—and the challenges that come with overuse—has become an important topic in education today. At Random Lake Elementary, we set healthy limits on screen time beginning as early as 4K. Instead of relying heavily on devices, our teachers focus on engaging students through active play, hands-on academics, specials, and structured adventures. This balanced approach helps kids stay active, build social skills, and connect learning to the real world.
During Labor Day weekend, the school district of Random Lake welcomed Charlie Berens for a private fundraiser. All funds raised will go towards improvements for the school district playground. 🛝
We want to extend a sincere, thank you to the Random Lake Chamber of Commerce, Krier Beverage, The Random Lake Entertainment District, and all of our other helpers for making this night possible.

The RL Basketball Club registration is now open for 2025-2026 🏀 Season! One family will be the lucky winner of a RLBC prize!
The Random Lake Basketball Club is for boys and girls entering grades 3-8 that are interested in playing basketball games on Saturdays with 1-2 practices during the week.
Registration fee-$100/player
Volunteer fee-$125/player
If 4+ hours of volunteer work is completed on dates where RL hosts games, then the volunteer fee is returned. We have room for a few more individuals on our coordinator team if you wish to cover your volunteer requirement that way. The Volunteer Fee is refunded approximately 1 month after the completion of the boys’ season. Uniforms are now provided by the club.
